For inserting these two floating environments.
A dialog box appears, which allows selection of
the object type, placement, caption, width, and label. You also have an option to include the 'center' environment. The label is obligatory, since good style requires that each figure or table must be referred to in the text.
The selected block of text is placed inside the chosen environment, otherwise the cursor is positioned properly.
